Ken Angel has dedicated 30 years to the LTC industry, with over 24 years as an Administrator or Regional V.P. He holds a Bachelor's in Business Administration and is a licensed Nursing Home Administrator. For 5 years, Ken has enjoyed the family atmosphere at Glades West, fi nding joy in watching his team provide exceptional care daily.

Belkin Munoz brings a decade of nursing home experience, focusing on patient care and dignity. Holding a BSN and MSN, she is also certified in nursing home infection prevention. Belkin has been with Glades West for over 2 years and treasures the family-like environment where resident care is a top priority. She loves seeing the passion and love every employee brings to their work.

Marlene P. Deleón brings 24 years of nursing experience, including 19 years as an MDS Coordinator. She holds an Associate Degree in Nursing and is a certifi ed MDS Coordinator. Marlene has been at Glades West for 7 years, cherishing its open door policy and the caring, professional team. She loves the supportive environment that fosters mutual respect among staff, residents, and families.

Micralyn A. Torres has over 20 years of experience as an OT, specializing in geriatrics. She holds a BSO in Occupational Therapy from Cebu Doctors University and multiple certifi cations. Since 2015, Micralyn has appreciated the supportive team at Glades West, cherishing the opportunity to improve residents' quality of life. She loves being part of a proactive, interdisciplinary team that truly cares.

Mai Awart has been the Admissions Director at Glades West for 6 years. With experience in sales, customer service, and insurance verification, she loves the teamwork and open communication among the staff. Mai enjoys providing the most accurate information possible along with the best customer service, making the transfer process stress-free for families and patients. Her role allows her to truly make a difference in residents' lives.

Keila Matos has been part of the Glades West team since 2016, with the last 4 years as Human Resources Director. She holds a General Certifi cate of Education (GCE) in Spain. Keila loves the supportive environment, the company's commitment to employee development, and the positive workplace culture. She values collaborating with wonderful coworkers and interacting with residents who bring joy to her daily work.

Pearl has been dedicated to long-term care since 2008, bringing extensive experience in managing residents' nutritional needs. She holds a Master’s Degree in Health & Nutrition Sciences and is a licensed, registered dietitian. Pearl has been a part of the Glades West team since 2015 and values the strong team environment and the respect shown to both residents and employees.

Owey Garcia has been in the food business since 1984, becoming an Executive Chef in 1996 and starting as a Dietary Manager in healthcare in 2006. He holds an Associate Degree in Culinary Arts. For 8 years, Owey has enjoyed the opportunity to serve at Glades West, valuing the chance to make a difference in residents' lives through nutritious and delicious meals.

With over 37 years in geriatric/elder care, Denise Williams has held various roles from Dietary Aide to Social Services Director. She is a certifi ed Nursing Assistant with extensive eldercare training. At Glades West for 2.5 years, Denise values the teamwork and the satisfaction of seeing residents and families happy with their care. She fi nds fulfi llment in the positive feedback and the collaborative spirit of her colleagues.

Etienne Murillo has been working in healthcare since 2016, starting as a unit clerk and moving up to Admissions and now Community Liaison. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Health Services Administration and is a certifi ed Florida Notary Public. After working at Glades West for 4 years and returning full circle, Etienne appreciates the 5-star hotel-like attentiveness and quality of care. He values the respect, kindness, and exceptional customer service provided to everyone.

Nina Moya has 30 years in healthcare, with roles ranging from Activity Assistant to Director. She holds multiple certifi cations and AA credits in Recreation. Since 2017, Nina has loved working with the elderly, creating meaningful activities, and fostering a family-like environment. She enjoys giving residents a new sense of purpose and organizing group activities that bring joy to both staff and residents.

His dedication to both the environment and the community is evident in his daily interactions and efforts.
